Public records: Cypress Point Shopping Center in Virginia Beach sold for redevelopment

BH Cypress Point MF Development acquired Cypress Point Shopping Center at the intersection of Wesleyan Drive and Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach for $12 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reported. The 118,200-square-foot neighborhood center was formerly anchored by Farm Fresh. Plans are in the works for future redevelopment at the site.
