A 30-year-old North Carolina man is charged with making threats of bodily harm in writing for an email he allegedly sent last week to St. John the Apostle Catholic School.

Matthew Taylor Morris is accused of possessing and distributing large amounts of marijuana with three others before he became a Portsmouth prosecutor. He resigned from his job on Sept. 6 and the charges were filed four days later.
